Thank you to Tim Brock and his fantastic medical team. I can now walk pain free no limping/ hobbling. It will take time to full mobility but that’s up to me to work hard and correctly do the exercises as this s only after 10 weeks. I can swim breaststroke with the correct leg movement, walk up and down stairs in the normal way. The exercises I could do without much discomfort… Listen to your physiotherapist and do as they say, they know more than us if you want the best out of your operation work very hard for the first 6 weeks. I hope your operation is as successful as mine. Tim Brock has done his magical work. The rest is up to me/ and you.
